Esteban Maqueo Barnetche

Funding partner of Maqueo Abogados, S.C. who leads the firm since April 2002. With more than thirteen years of experience in dispute resolution he has earned his reputation. He has several publications in national and international media in legal and corporate maters and is a member and often an associate and committee member of a number of legal societies and foreign bar associations. Esteban Maqueo is a Civil Law professor. His profile and latest interview was published by the magazine “Líderes Mexicanos” in it’s september 2011 issue. Maqueo’s thesis was used as a source  and basis for a Bill to reform procedural law by the Local Congress of Mexico City, specifically by representative Zepeda as stated in Statement of Motives for the legislative initiative of February 1^st 2007, Mexico City Congressman José Antonio Zepeda. Our Senior Partner specializes in dispute prevention and resolution, both through litigation and alternative dispute resolution techniques such as negotiation, arbitration, and mediation in Mexico and internationally.
